It's way too small I suggest you size up with this skirt. Also if you have a booty that's on the larger side please note that this will not cover your butt all the way when worn high waisted.

So usually, I’m an XS (measurements are 4’11”, 93 pounds, and a 24-inch waist) - but I wanted the blue patterned skirt SO BADLY. Some of the reviews suggested that it is a little small for an S, so I took a leap of faith and bought it. I also have a pink XS skirt from the same manufacturer, and they are both the exact same size - regardless of what the size chart says, I measured both next to each other, and they’re both about 24.5 inches (or ~61 cm). Just confirming that at least the Small is cut like an XS. But the colors are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. It looks even better in person, and the fabric is so smooth and light. It flows really well and feels really good on. The quality of this skirt is astonishing considering the price; it’s so flattering and cute! Just beware that the size may be an issue. It worked out perfectly for me, but it definitely won’t work for others. Maybe consider sizing up to be safe. ... show more

I absolutely loved this product. I spent a lot of time looking through Amazon and comparing all of the possible choices. I am so glad that I settled on this one. The material was a sturdy and durable and also looked very good for its price. I loved the way it fans out, and it was the perfect length. My only minor complaint about this skirt would be that it’s not quite as black as it looks in the product images, it’s almost got a blueish gray tint to it. Other than that it’s a great skirt, the material isn’t too thin and it’s long enough to cover my butt without being too long. If your waist is on the smaller side it might be a bit loose, I’m 25 inches and got a size small, and it tends to sag if I don’t keep hitching it back up, but not to the point that it would be unwearable. ... show more
