My daughter is 5years old but wears a 5-6 so I figured it would fit just fine. Pants fit a little short, high waters, but it served its purpose! The scrubs are perfect dress up clothes. The material is thin so clothing underneath is needed but for dress up it is fine. The material is cotton and does not have a lot of stretch. But my 3 year old loves them and is excited to wear them as part of her Halloween costume and for dress up.
