This dress is a beautiful color and the quality is good. My usual size 4-6 (small) was super tight and the medium looked sloppy. For reference I am 5’8 136 lbs. I find this brand fits small in general. Both dresses were returned.

Really happy with this purchase. The cut is very flattering and hugs in all the right places. Ignore the wrinkles - they were super easy to steam out. The dress has adjustable straps and shoes a hint of cleavage. 5’6, I usually wear a 10/12 and the XL fits perfectly.

After reading other reviews I decided to test out a large and extra-large (I'm usually somewhere around a medium, though it really depends on the brand). The large fit me perfectly, in fact there's a little bit of room at the hips, so I didn't experience the same issue as some reviewers. To be fair though, I don't really have wide hips to start with, but the material seems like it does have some stretch (for reference, I'm 5'10" and 170 pounds). Another plus for me it that it fits my larger bust (32DDD) and even gives support so I could go bra-less, which is really a gold mine for those of us similarly encumbered. I love this style of dress, so finding one that fits, is flattering to my figure (my mother and sister agree!), and feels like it's made out of quality fabric is quite nice! It looks and feels super classy, I look forward to wearing it out and about! ... show more
