Just buy these boots. For reference, I'm wearing an 8.5, am 5'7 and weigh 155lbs. I carry a little bit more weight in my legs, so I have larger calves. I have tried these boots on by themselves, with leggings and now with skinny jeans and they rock every outfit. I have wanted a pair of knee high boots for so long but I didn't want to pay the absorbent prices. Yes, I know. These are not leather, but no one would really be able to tell unless they were at your feet, of course. I personally love the fact they're not leather, because then I don't have to worry about them getting wet. As for fit, they're very comfortable with lots of padding in the sole and plenty of toe space. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOTS! I think they are so cute and very fashionable. They are also so comfy. I wore these all day and barely painful, I got used to them very fast. The heel height is perfect especially for my longer pants considering I’m taller, so I think it’s just amazing that it just allows all my pants to just fall nicely without touching the ground. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm. I wore these to Oregon and it was about 40° there I wore socks in them. They were comfortable kept my feet warm. Very elegant. Hug the claves very well instead of being loose around that area, which I like. They’re a bit stiff so can get uncomfy if walking a lot during the day. Heel isn’t too loud, the tap of the tip of the shoe is actually louder than the heel sounds. Recommended!!

Color comfort style heel height and shaft height all nice. If you have a normal or a little larger calf this boot should work very nicely. My calves are very small 13” and the shaft of this boot is large for my skinny legs. I haven’t been able to find a boot yet that is slim fitting from ankle to knee on me. ... show more
