I usually wear a size 7.5 in shoes and an 8 in boots, so I ordered a size 8 and they fit just as they should. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in. Actually, I've never walked in a heel that height with this amount of ease and I think that is owed to the long calf of the boot. It must give extra support. Also, I should mention that the bottom of the boot did not slip or slide and felt secure. I am very pleased. They look fantastic on. I originally tried them on with a dress and wore them around the house for at least an hour and had no problem, so the first time I wore them out, I wore them with a dress and thigh high stockings and they were great. The second time, I wore them with jeggings and that was a tiny bit trickier because there isn't much room in there for anything but me. I purchased stretchy clip-ons to hold my jeggings down so that they wouldn't ride up after getting in and out of the car all day, but after a while that clip was really poking me so I had to unzip and reach in there and pull those things out. What a relief, but sadly I waited too long and I was already hurting. I don't think you really need to worry about anything riding up because there really isn't any room for anything like that to ride up in the boot. The calves aren't tight but they don't stretch either. They stay up very nicely and look great with that scrunchy look. They looked equally nice with the dress and the jeggings. There is no way that I could get regular jeans in there though. There just isn't room in there. Perhaps if the jeans legs were quite short and had no hem, but the problem is that with no room in there, anything that has to be folded up will push against something - in this case it was the bottom hem folded up against my ankle bone. I had no room to fold it higher. That's why I had no problem with the dress. No hem, no pushing. No pushing, no pain. I'm actually thinking about getting more colors. Luckily, they come with dust bags, although you have to fold the boots in half to get them in the bags. I was very surprised by the tiny box they came in. I have small, high-heeled sandals that came in bigger boxes, so I'm wondering why they did that. It can't be good for the boot. But if you have cats, you HAVE to keep your footwear in their boxes. I learned that lesson many years ago. ; )

I have been eyeing these for two weeks now and finally decided to get them. Giving them two starts for right now because of looks and style once I get them I will add to my review.. fingers crossed Review update, as someone that stays in slippers or tennis shoes all day these boots are comfy and not hard to walk in at all there true to size. But unfortunately I will be returning since I originally got these for an outing and end up not going. And zipper was a bit hard to zip up. 5stars

Love love love these boots! Get so many compliments everywhere I go when I wear these boots. The heel is a little bit high, but looks very flattering on the leg. The value is good for the money as other boots. I’ve looked at similar to this were much more expensive. I got the color, that is a khaki or taupe and it is beautiful. I got them last winter. I don’t wear them very often as they are not the most practical shoes I have, but they are very sexy and attractive for special occasions. They have a zipper inside the ankle And so they are easy to put on or takeoff. They are quite comfortable surprisingly so to wear for extended hours in my experience, which makes them extra great for dressing up! Really just love love love these boots!

Ordered these boots for Vegas, I read a few reviews and ordered 1/2 a size up and they winded up being too big, so I had to use thick socks which worked, so when ordering, order your regular size. I’m on the slim side and had to keep pulling them up. The platform helps a bit but after a while my feet started hurting.. the heel wasn’t too bad, comfy to walk in the first few hours. It did great on any floor, marble, concrete, carpet without any slipping or that panic feeling I was going to fall. They’re made from great material, would def order a diff color again!

These boots are gorgeous. I got the platform heels in black. The size was spot on. I'm a 9 in normal shoes so I ordered a 9.5 and the fit is perfect. I have slightly wider feet but these don't squeeze my toes, so that's great too. I am 5'5" and 160lbs. My legs are thicker and these are a tight fit which is what I wanted. Like others have said, the ankle area is pretty tight. I do believe I could fit jeans under IF they were thin jeans and cropped a little to avoid the ankle. I can walk pretty easily in them even though I've never had heels this high. Definitely a great buy if that's what you want. However, I will be exchanging them for the non-platform heels, just out of personal preference. I cannot believe how low these are priced for the quality.
