The media could not be loaded. First, I like the look of the boots. They are very nice. Problem: I purchased these boots on the 18th, received and initiated a return on the 19th. When I opened the Amazon box I immediately could tell before I opened the Dream Pairs box that this was a return. The Dream Pairs box was damaged. The boots were thrown in this beige boot bag. I call it their return bag. I have seen this before with Dream Pairs when I ordered through JustFab. The The boots were disgusting!! You can tell from the bottom of the right boot that it had been worn, but at least they tried to clean around the edges. left boot was the worst! It had this brownish/ yellowish stuff around the sides that looked like poop. Dream Pairs I understand it costs you money when you have these returns. But, is sending out dirty merchandise helping your bottom line? Update: I like the boots so much I decided to try one more time and ordered another pair. But, I did send a message to the seller as well as informed them of my 2nd order. I received an email from Onita from the Customer Care team and she apologized for the first pair of boots. She located my 2nd order and assured me that I would receive a new pair of boots. I didn't try the 1st pair of boots on. These boots are so comfy! Thank you Dream Pairs for listening and responding!
