I don't normally write reviews but I am so thrilled with these shoes I just had to. I have an impossible time finding shoes that do not pinch my toes. I literally live in flip flops and Uggs. One shoe in 50 feels comfortable because the toe box in too shallow and it presses on my toes. I am celebrating after putting these on. Free wiggling tootsies and they look great. I am actually using them for riding (horses) so I will more than likely beat them up quickly but I don't care. I will order more!

There isn't much of an arch support, but I use a shoe insert so it doesn't matter to me. The straps on the boots are just for show, somewhat loose, and can't be tightened. The boots seem to leak a bit around the edge where the boot meets the sole if it's wet outside. These aren't snow boots. That said, they are comfortable and stylish and I love the ease of the inside zippers and the fun of the zipper pockets on the outside to stash a pocket knife, an ID card, or a fiver. While I doubt they aren't going to last more than a couple years (The heels aren't that thick and I wear heels unevenly), I think I will get my money's worth out of these boots. I'm happy with them!

So I bought these boots in my normal size but they were too big. I went down a half size and they fit perfect. I've worn them multiple times and they've held up well over the past year. The biggest perk with these boots is the hidden pocket! As a Jeep owner, when I take the doors & top off my vehicle, I know that I can't leave anything inside of it or it will be stolen so rather than carrying a wallet, I use the hidden pocket in these boots to stash my license, credit card, and some cash and it frees up my hands to carry anything that I want to bring with me throughout the day. Would recommend and buy again.

Overall it looks great, but it is too large for narrow calves. I brought it to a shoe repair to alter the shaft & make it narrower to fit perfectly. It's expensive but worth it for me. Too bad boot manufacturers don't realize that there are people out there with narrow calves - very hard to find them.

Boots are comfy and waterproof, but I ordered a 9 and the 9s are way too big in the foot and too small in the calf, even though they are advertised for us wide calf girls. Tightening the laces helps, but there's no elastic give for wearing leggings or jeans underneath, so you have to relace them every time. The pocket is so small it's practically unusable for anything other than a couple dollars. My keyfob and my house key barely fit. The pocket looks big, but the zipper only works halfway down the pocket. I do love this brand and would recommend!

I was a little nervous about buying them initially because I was afraid they'd be poor quality or have a strong chemical odor like other shoes I've purchased (and returned) on Amazon but these are holding up well and didn't have an unpleasant odor. I ordered a size 9 because that's my sneaker size, but I probably should have ordered an 8. It's a tad big, but that was on me not the product. But if you do decide to order a set and accidentally order a size too big then realize that the great support of the back might end up irritating your heels. Especially if you run in them. I added an insert to my shoe to help with this. The zippers on the side, for the little pockets in the boots are super cute. However its a little deceiving, the zipper goes deeper than the actual pocket in the boot, by like an inch and a half. But you can still fit a card in it like the picture shows. But as I said it is a shorter pocket than it looks. But other than that these boots are lovely. I haven't tested them in rain or snow yet so i'm not sure how well they hold up. Obviously they aren't snow boots or rain boots, but still being a shoe they should be able to keep a good amount out. We haven't gotten much snow or rain for me to test it though. The small amount of snow has been kept out of the shoes though. (It was like an inch of snow, light dusting)
