I bought these knee high boots for my 8 years old daughter, and they're cute. However, when I took them out of the box I could tell that they were shorter than advertised. I've purchased several boots from this manufacturer so I was caught off guard bc I've never had a problem in the past. However, as expected, the boots are good quality for the price, they're comfortable, the zipper is quality and not flimsy, and my daughter doesn't complain that her feet are cold so they must be warm. After my first review, the company reached out to me, and gave me an apology along with some generous options, and I mean the customer service was off of the charts. I felt like a valued customer, and that they really care about making their customers happy with their products. They made it right, and I'm grateful for how considerate, convenient, and kind they were. It's because of that that I will continue to purchase their products, and I still do recommend their products to others. If there is an issue they will clear it up and promptly.

I bought these for my daughter who is almost 7yrs old i got a size 1 i read all the reviews and measured i found that it ran a little small in my case so i ordered the correct size and I absolutely love them! So cute they seem to be pretty durable so far she has no issue with zipping up them alone which is the best! They are a pretty soft leather she says that they are comfortable and she is a pretty big outdoor player and they have held up pretty good you may see the small scuff on the front however we have had these for a few months so I say that they are fantastic highly recommend would definitely buy again wish they had my size😁
