I got these booties for Christmas for my granddaughter. We didn't get to have Christmas til Jan 11. When she got home to wear them, the buttons fell off. We live quite far apart from each other. Update...I am thankful for the way the sellers responded to my complaint. They not only refunded my money, but, also asked if I wanted another pair free. I ordered a pair of Dream Pairs kids' boots and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. The boots looked like they had been worn before—there were visible scuff marks, and the soles were already showing signs of wear. As if that wasn't bad enough, the boots were missing one of the decorative buckles on the side. It's frustrating to pay for something new only to receive an item that clearly isn't in new condition. I expected better quality control and a much higher standard from this brand. ——————————————————————— Update 2/24/2025: I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team. They reached out to me promptly and were extremely apologetic about receiving a faulty product. Their diligence in rectifying the situation was impressive, and they provided a full refund, which I really appreciated. The response time was quick, and their overall understanding made the entire process seamless. Liz, in particular, was fantastic in following up and ensuring I had a positive shopping experience. Needless to say, the ending experience was positive, and I will be shopping with them again.
