    • Beautiful mini crib with some cosmetic flaws

The crib arrived quickly and was relatively easy and straightforward to set up. The thin mattress (more like a 1/2” pad) that comes with it may be okay if you use it as a playpen, but we bought a thicker mattress to go with it. Love the color combo of the natural wood and green that goes well with our decor. However it arrived with a paint scratch on it, and within a couple days we noticed more paint scratched off. It’s not enough for us to want to return or replace it, but noticeable enough to think the quality might not be the best and the paint will all be rubbed off in a few months. Can’t complain too much for the price, and our son will probably not be in it for too long. ... show more

    • Cute, Sturdy, Compact!

We have a small apartment and will be sharing a small bedroom with our baby, so our crib options were VERY limited. This crib met our main needs: it's small, simple, sturdy, and cute—that was a bonus! Assembly took two of us about 2 hours, but we were watching baseball and doing other things so it wasn't too complicated. The most annoying parts were tightening the hex screws without enough maneuvering room and trying to line the inside base up with the screw holes... those elements would definitely be hard without a second person. I also wish there was a bassinet level height option, the highest setting is still pretty low. That said, the height and width mean two standard width rubbermaid/ storage bins fit perfectly underneath the crib, which is a nice storage bonus! Definitely don't regret purchasing. I may update the review with a pic once baby is here... but who knows if I'll remember :) ... show more

If your child has great use of their legs not for you. My 1yr old( size of 6 to 8 months old) kicks the sides and it's so cheaply made it sounds like it will break at any moment. Spindle has already come lose only had it 2monthly! If I could send it back I would. Paint chips so easy as well. Honestly disappointed. Am gonna have to buy a new crib when I just got this one as it's unsafe for my child. ... show more

I have the Lucas Mini Modern Crib and have loved it! Somehow after just over a year we accidentally broke a leg off. Customer service was great in helping us get a replacement and I am more than happy with my purchase and this company overall!
