Purchased this for my 11 month old daughter and it was delivered through prime 2 days later. Box came slightly ripped. Unpacked items and noticed 4 broken pieces where two of them (the headboard and side rail) were completely cracked. Also other headboard came chipped, as if the wood splintered off. This is totally unsafe for small children if the wood splinters or chips this easily. If this was solid wood, it would most likely not have happened. Also the two shelves were chipped since the wood is pressed and not solid as described. Customer service said to get a product replacement or refund from amazon since they could not replace the individual parts. Will not be ordering anything from dream on me ever again! ... show more

It’s so cute! Got it in the gray and I adore the color. I can’t believe how much space the changing table has. I honestly expected it to be small. Hooray for more space! I thought the crib didn’t come with directions so I was a little put off that I had to go onto their website and find it myself. Just a hint for everyone, the directions are in the envelope attached to the springs!! I didn’t realize it was an envelope until we finished setting up the crib lol ... show more

Was very disappointed when I opened the box and a piece was broken. I reached out to the manufacturer to get a replacement part only to be told they didnt have any, and had no idea if or when they would. Parts were mislabeled, it was TOTALLY. A guessing game. Extended assembly time. I can’t express how frustrating it was trying to assemble this crib with the parts labeled incorrectly. And the hardware wasn’t labeled at all, just to give you an idea of how much MORE difficult it was to put together. This was a gift for my son’s first child, and instead of him being grateful for the gift, he was more annoyed with it. There are several areas where it's damaged. The bottom frame is my main concern because that's where the mattress will be placed and where the baby will sleep. Is the furniture not inspected before shipping? With this much damage it should have been priced under open box stating it has damage so it can be priced cheaper. I doubt we can return it. Packaging of the crib was not solid. user manual was missing and downloaded manual from manufacturer's website. One part was broken and I realized it when I was done building it almost 75%. Asked the manufacturer for the broken part but they did not have it. I had to disassemble the whole thing and ship back to retailer Amazon. It is a complete junk. Design is unnecessarily complex. Drawback: It took me 4 hours to put together, and the instructions were more like suggestions, I had to use trial and error when it came to figuring out which screw out of 4 different types they were actually talking about. If the instructions were clearer it would be worth 5 stars. But alas, alls well that ends well. Also, great value for price. I paid $170 three months ago though, not the $210 what it is now. I wouldn't pay a penny over $200 for the crib personally. I've seen other similar ones in the $170 price range. I love the way it looks very cute and seems sturdy. Time will tell. Purchased this as its intended, to hold a baby while it sleeps. Wanted this one as it has the built in changing table. Should make it easier. The quality of the materials for the price might be a little low. Lots of pressed board and fibre board. Not sure how long it's going to last with the type of material. Some areas of the "wood" have chips in the ends already. The craftsmanship would be of higher quality if it didn't have those chips already. Also, set up wasn't too terrible for one person.
