The end result is super cute and practical! This product did come with a thin mattress but I didn't know that so I bought my own so mattress pictured is not the mattress it comes with. The assembly was a bit complex for a mini crib, it was alot more assembly than our previous standard crib, and one of the nuts stripped one of our screws, but we made it work thankfully. It is perfect for the space and looks great, a few chips in the wood but nothing major, we were able to take a sanding block to smooth it out fast. Love the final product afterwards! ... show more

This bed is much smaller than the usual size. The advantage is that it doesn't take up space. The disadvantage is that it can only be used until one year old. The product introduction is a bit misleading. If you want to convert it into twin size bed, you have to buy accessories.

At first I was pissed. I thought I went through all this trouble just to have two pieces that do not fit the right way!!! Then I realized the directions (which had misprints all over the place) also DID NOT show that these pieces go down on two corner sides. The assembly was ok other than this. But this definitely caused frustration and they need to show in the pictures that the sides are not the same ... show more
