The shoes are cute but the laces are elastic and they run in men’s sizing now women’s sizing so they were a men’s 9 even tho they are labeled women’s shoes.

I CANNOT stress this enough. Do not buy these shoes!!! They will wear out after 2 months of use. I am a college student and decided to try these as Dr Scholls is a reputable shoe and known to be good for your feet. However, after just a few wears I noticed SIGNIFICANT wear and cracking leather. The backs of the shoes are worn, the rubber is cracking, and the leather top is cracked. All of this wouldn’t bother me if their customer service wasn’t a joke. I emailed my concerns with pictures. Their response? A $20 DOLLAR COBBLER REIMBURSEMENT. This is a joke!! Where do you even find a cobbler these days??? And what cobbler wants to work on shoes that are clearly cheaply made and will turn around and do the exact same thing. On top of it, a cobbler will definitely cost more than 20 dollars. I cannot believe how horrible the customer service is. I would not be here writing this had they decided to rectify this correctly. They might as well had slapped me in the face. I will be taking my business to other orthopedic shoe brands like Vionic. I have been sharing this story to anyone who will listen to save them from the time I have spent trying to fix this. If you’re wearing these as casual shoes should be fine. I wore to Disney world from online recommendations and was the worst pair to take. Blisters on my side of my feet and toes. I ended up buying crocs at the parks to survive the rest of my trip.
