I love that these reminded me of the original wood ones I had when I was younger. I always wanted to have them again, except more comfortable of course. I purchased these and though I will keep them, I feel they run a bit small length wise. The buckle is a Velcro strap which makes it easy to adjust, but I normally wear a 7 in all my footwear. I decided to size up to 7 1/2 and the second I took out box I knew they looked small. They fit too perfect in length, I definitely could've done an 8. i used to live in dr. scholls. the wooden ones. loved the basic and the platform. these have an engineered sole and it’s similar to the original but narrower. my feet were spilling over hear the arch. Narrow feet might love there’s. also there’s a lip around the edge so if your foot doesn’t fit exactly into the depression in the sole i imagine it’s going to hurt or blister with wear. i’m returning. ... show more

I gre up in the 70's wearing the OG Dr Shoals slide. This is my 1st pair of the new version. I wear a 7-1/2 & they fit perfectly. Bonus, the strap is velcro so you can adjust the width.

I’m going to keep them but I expected better quality because I’ve worn the brand in the past. The actual foot bed is narrow and the old buckle has been replaced with Velcro. I personally liked the old style much better but I’m holding onto them for around the house

It took me two tries to get the correct size. I found these to run a bit long. I wear 9.5 N and the recommended size was 10. That was too long so ordered the 9.5. Just returned those for the 9. They are adjustable with a Velcro flap on top. The buckle is just for show. I Can adjust them enough for my narrow foot which is great. Nice looking sole as well. ... show more
