I typically wear 8.5 in most shoes but I ordered an 8 based on previous reviews. It fits perfect! The boot is wider at the toe so it’s comfortable but not sloppy. I wear medium width shoe normally. I wear arch supports in my shoes anyway so the arch wasn’t an issue. My inserts fit great inside the boot. The boots are not as heavy as some of my other Doc’s which was a plus for me. The boots are beautiful! They are extremely heavy and bulky. They fit as expected. They are difficult to zip. Had to return due to blisters on the inside of foot below the ankle (too much movement/room). Meanwhile the ankle and foot fit well. Shame they are soooo very heavy!
