Runs large - overall. I wear 7.5-8, ordered 8. Swimming in them - too far up ankle/calf, and fit me as if they're a 9. But! Super nice; I wish they fit right. Or came in like... a petite size. Hopefully this helps someone.

Uncomfortable!

Ouch, these chukka-style Docs do not feel like the classics. The sole had no cushioning or bounce and walking even a few feet was uncomfortable.

Necessary heave for this Hoemble gal

As a differently abled person with mobility issues, I’m always pretty cautious when buying shoes online. Especially boots. I either go super cheap and get what I paid for, or - in this case, am just gonna take the risk and see what happens. I’m pleased as punch with these boots. Not too heavy for me. Which is a huge concern when you have a dead muscle in one leg and are looking for quality combat boots that will support your ankle and you’ll be able to lift your leg without straining. These are a great weight. Not too light- not too heavy, just perfect. I love that they came rain resistant ready. I wish they came in the pebbled leather. I was on the search for these exact boots, just in the pebbled leather, rather than this leather. No. Big. Deal. I’m looking forward to tossing all those cheaply made boots to the donation pile and sticking with these beauties. Really glad I made this purchase. Very wide and sloppy at top, back of foot and around ankle.

Had to return. First disappointment was they came in a plastic bag. Not a Doc Box! The material of the boot is fantastic. The length of the boot and the toe bed perfect as expected with Docs.
