I feel like a superhero in these boots! I normally wear zero drop/barefoot style shoes, so I was a bit nervous about how these would work for me-- I absolutely love them. I would not say it is a wide shoe but the toe box is not narrow, so it feels very comfortable to wear thicker or thinner socks depending on the weather. Not only are they a great hybrid of fashion meets function, but they are surprisingly easy to take off compared to other boots I've had in the past. I don't have to sit down and untie, or even unzip them. They stay on well but slip off easily at the end of the day.

I really like these Dr. Martens! I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and frequently size up to a 10 because I like the wiggle room for my toes. I bought an 8 mens/9 womens based on the reviews and very happy. Ample room for my piggies. I just really like this Chelsea style boot. I've bought Blundstones and the soles came apart. Grrr. Redbacks, I have a few pairs and they are incredibly comfy. Not as attractive looking, but are terrific work boots. These Doc Martens are nearly as comfortable as Redbacks and definitely better looking. Was really pleased with this price on Amazon for them too.

I’ve owned these for a few months now. Still look and feel brand new. I’m hoping I can still say that in ten years like others do who own Docs. I’m not the type to drop this kind of money on shoes, but I’m so glad I did for these. These are great quality. They get a lot of compliments. They’re comfortable! I have flat… like flatter than flat feet, and have had a lis franc ligament tear surgery, and I don’t even need my orthotics. I’m going to end up writing a novel on how great these are, so I’ll end with, quit thinking about it and buy them!

Love these boots. They look so stylish and sleek. They do run a tad big, I wish doc martens did half sizes. Other than that I love them. I just wear a slightly thicker sock with them.

I love these Docs. I had gotten the crazy horse style first, but that leather was too stiff for me. The ankle width was more narrow and higher. After 3 days of wearing them to break them in, it was too uncomfortable on the sides of my ankle. I would have to wear high socks to not have it rub against my skin. I got these instead and the leather is more like suede, so its alot softer. Its so easy to slip on and take off. These have a wider ankle and fit more like a bootie. It was much more my style plus no breaking them in;) The inside is also like a fleece which I didn't know; it feels soft and warm:) I'm happy I tried these because I love them! I'm also a 8.5 in women's shoes and got the 8 and they fit great. I'd say it would fit anyone from an 8-9 in women's size. Can't wait to get some in black next:D
