I am a woman with size 8 in the right foot and sz 8 1/2 in the left (just a smidgen longer). I tried the Bonny women's 7 at first. They were too short in the left foot, but a good length the right foot. However, they were too snug in the width for the right foot. Because I have wide feet, the 8 gave me the length I needed for my longer left foot and the width I needed for my wider right foot. I would guess that my right foot is a C/D width and my left is B/C. It also gave room for thicker shoe inserts that I need to support my arches. Fortunately the inserts that come with the boots are removable because, while they have a nice padding, they offer little to no arch support for high arches. Some reviewers mentioned that their heels slide around. I have narrow heels, but the thicker shoe inserts that I use take up the slack. I also try to tie the shoes nice and snug. Thicker socks might help too. Just fyi, the DMs Bonny Boot and the DMs Combs Boot both run a bit wider, so both are a great selection for us wide-foot folks. Sadly, I can never wear those cute, narrower DMs that taper at the toes, but these are great for a more casual look. For a more rugged look, you can switch out the black shoe strings with the yellow ones that come in the box.

I wear 10.5 US. Amazon recommended an 11, I went with 10, from previous pair I purchased many years ago, whom my brother took possession of. Let him barrow them 4 years ago and he likes them so much that they stayed at his house. Anyway, a great boot that will outlast many pairs and can be worn pretty much with any outfit combo. It does take a few to break them in but then comfort is there.

These are a very soft leather. No need to break these in like the others Ive owned. They feel great right out of the box. I was glad they included the yellow laces as well as the black laces as the product description said two pairs of Black laces. Overall very happy I bought these. And the quality and craftsmanship is spot on.

The media could not be loaded. I have horrible feet flat arches all that good stuff. I am forced to buy high-end shoes and boots because the cheap ones do nothing but hurt my feet and I end up throwing them away. I buy the Hoka shoe and they’re pretty comfortable, but I’m a little heavy, 6 2 230 pounds and I’m bowlegged so the wear and tear goes to the outside of each hell it wears in there. I may get 3 or 4 months maybe out of a pair of $250 tennis shoes I’ve already gotten two months wearing the doc Martins, and as you can see in the video there is no wear and tear on the hill yet !a friend had suggested that I try a pair of doc Martin because you can’t kill the soul!
