Great shoe, I specifically got it for work. I'm glad it worked out that way because it has a dry matte type. Finish not very my style for going out. Fancy the uh other style, the Brown would be more for entertainment. The break in period was just a couple of days. My 1st day I had to right Switch in and out of my sneakers several times just do it a pressure on one foot, but overall worth it. In the end, they're very soft and quiet, which is nice. Whereas I work in an environment that does require some silence. Happy with the shoes Doc Martens are always a go to.... I just don't buy them directly from doc Martins anymore. Because yeah, I had a thief steal my purchase from my doorstep, and ups.And darth martins did nothing to help me. ... show more

Mine came with missing tassels and it looked like they were tried on already (the shoe had some random glitter on the top and in one sole, but treads looked fine unused), not the end of the world. Super comfy as usual, they were great fit out of the box and to a concert the next day. I have AlAs most Docs are these will definitely last a lifetime with proper care! ... show more
