Built to last, this unisex boot is forged using one of the finest methods of construction: utilizing a Goodyear welt and heat- sealing it to the sole. The 1460 Mono is made with highly durable leather and sits on an AirWair sole, which is oil and fat resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance. Use Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam to protect the leather and keep your boots clean, soft and supple.

After buying these I saw a lot of reviews saying these are fake. I almost cancelled my order but decided to see for myself. The box was legit in every way. The shoes are legit. They feel and smell like leather. The inside of the boot is clearly leather. The stitching overlaps only once. They aren’t comfortable at first I wear 10 and a half. I got a size 10 and they’re definitely snug. But after wearing them for only about an hour they feel looser already. I don’t know if everyone got the same ones as I got but these are definitely real. They’re listed at 170 on docs website and the mono color you can’t find at many stores. For 130 these are a steal and they look slick. ... show more

A month into duty use and they are holding up well. I really like the shine and ease of cleaning. The sizing is a bit off. These are 13s and I normally wear a 12. I’d go a size up, especially if you live in a cold climate. There are not waterproof. In ankle deep water, my feet got wet. OK walking in the rain, but water above the fifth lace hole means you’re wet. Not as comfortable as I recall other Docs. I wear think socks and make it 12 hours. ... show more

A good looking shoe. Classic style that has stood the test of time. Classic yellow stitch’s. My other pair was finally worn out after 20 years. Glad to have a new pair. They are comfortable, fit true to my normal size and look great! Width is perfect, toe is perfect and they have moderate arch support, they are Docs, not running shoes. It caused me a blister when wearing these boots. I’m so disappointed. I really was hoping to wear these every day. After 1 day and after 5 hrs it caused that. That’s why they were cheaper than the other boots.
