Cute comfortable with minimal break-in pain like most docs. I would say these run a little bigger than other docs I’ve had but I bought them in my normal size and I’m pleased. Definitely a statement piece. Not nearly as heavy as expected the leather is nice a shiny and seemingly as durable as any other docs out there. Love em. These shoes are perfect to me and I bought a size 5. I usually wear between women’s size 5 US and a women’s 6 US (almost always 5.5) depending on the brand. These shoes fit me a tiny bit big so I can still wear thick socks. They weren’t too difficult to break in but I recommend to layers socks and wear thick socks at first. They’re pretty sturdy too. Almost as if they were steel toed. They are also kinda heavy but you get used to it. Definitely recommend these shoes!!!! Can wear with anything!

I’ve wanted docs for 15+ yrs and never made the plunge — I’ve heard every nightmare story out there & frankly I’m so surprised by how much I love these boots right out of the box. I usually wear a women’s size 8.5 so I followed DMs sizing recs and ordered an 8 — perfect fit. I was prepared for them to be painfully stiff/uncomfortable but after wearing and walking in them for several hours now and they feel great. Maybe it’s bc I’m used to wearing lace-up steel toes on a daily basis but these are no different than any other new boots I’ve ever owned. I did get the docs balsam stuff to be safe & it feels great but not sure it’s even necessary. Im sure they’ll continue to break in with regular wear but if you’re holding off bc of reviews about stiffness & blisters I’d say go for it — these are so worth the price & I’m having no comfort issues whatsoever.

One of my favorite pairs of docs that I own. They're cute and edgy and go with literally almost every single outfit. Jeans, dresses, shorts, you name it. They're sturdy and didn't take long to break in. They add about 2 inches to my height which is nice, but I still feel balanced. Love love love these boots so much

I was cautious buying this for the first time because some people said “it’s too heavy”, “too harsh on the feet”, “it runs too big”, “it runs too small” but I really wanted them so I went for it anyways. Let’s beguine saying I have sensitive feet so this was a big deal for me. Believe me it’s worth it! I was ready to try on a pair of bricks but it turns out I can’t even tell the weight. When it comes to stiffness, I don’t think it’s any different than any other new shoe. The thing that worried me the most was sizing. I’m usually a size 7 in vans or nike. My foot is 9.4” and the closest one was 9.54” which was a size 6 and there is enough wiggle space. Also, Idk if it’s in the description but it does come with a pair of black laces to switch from the original yellow ones. To sum up, great product. It’s not heavy and it’s pretty comfortable. Just make sure to read the size chart and measure your feet.

People keep saying to order a size down, because the boot runs a size large. Don't do this because these shoes are actually so uncomfortable in terms of the sole which, to be fair, is expected because they're docs. Instead of going a size down, you can get a memory foam shoe insole to put it and the size of the boot feels normal AND you get to be comfy. They're very durable and look great but these are definitely a struggle to break in
