Over time I’ve tried/used several different supplements made by Dr. Emil and I’m impressed by the quality and effectiveness of each product. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia on top of Rheumatoid Arthritis (18 years), Osteoarthritis (5 years), extensive work injuries (15 years); for that reason I can not comment on “pain relief” as movements, weather, flares etc. cause extensive pain, however, I can confirm that 1000mg Glucosamine & 600mg Chondroitin helps me move much smoother/easier. MSM, Borage Oil, Boswelia, Turmeric plus black pepper, & Omega Fatty Acids have also shown to benefit cartilage regrowth as well as inflammation fighting. Of all the joint products I’ve tried, I do prefer Dr. Emil as I can feel a difference after taking this product for a while. Unfortunately, unlike pain medications, supplements take longer to kick in, actually sneaking up on you so you can’t feel a difference unless you stop, thinking that doesn’t work. After a short while you wonder why your joints are stiffer, more swellings here and there, movements start to hurt worse, and you realize: yes, that stuff worked for me!! And start back up again. Lol! Research has established, Glucosamine & Chondroitin are the only known sources to help our body regrow cartilage (Osteoarthritis) but it takes time, sadly it doesn’t help with rheumatism but MSM & Turmeric plus black pepper fight the inflammation RA creates. Go ahead, give it a try! You have nothing to loose and there are no known side effects unless you are allergic to shellfish.

My doctor recommended I supplement my prescription meds with some turmeric but the tablets I bought made me gag to the point of throwing up. I ordered those on the recommendation of a friend and hoped they would not have the same reaction since they were a blend and in capsule form. Luckily they have not affected me in a negative way and my arthritis pain has diminished. I have spent 12 hours riding in a Jeep in the last two days taking my son back to college - a trip that usually makes me feel miserable physically. I have not had any extra aches and pains and the ride has been pleasant. I can only attribute that to these supplements! I’ve been taking 2 every morning for the last week and they are very easy to swallow. They are sure to become part of my regular supplement routine!

It arrived quickly and loved that it did not have a box. I am all for minimal packaging. Dr Emil Joint-X helped from the start. I had been taking another joint supplement that did not seem to be getting the job done. This product had the higher doses I apparently needed. I believe that having been taking a different supplement prior to this one allowed a more immediate improvement. In just 3 days Dr Emil Joint-X lessened my pain and allowed me to move freely. There is a slight smell and taste that make taking the supplement a little hard to take/swallow. This may not be an issue for others. The capsules are also a tad on the large side. The directions are easy to follow and only recommend 2 capsules per day.

This is a great product - all MSM, turmeric and glucosamine chondroitine are all combined in one supplement. As I'm getting older (in my late 30's) - can hear that my knees started popping more now, especially that I work out and do some more weight trainings these last few years. I realized that I need to take some supplements for my knees/joints as a preventive action, so I used to take turmeric pills. Have been wanting to try MSM and glucosamine chondroitine and voila! This product is the answer to what I want/need. I feel better taking these while striving to support my active lifestyle/toward a healthier me.

My hips and knees wake me up a few times a night forcing me to roll over to the other side to relieve some of the pain. By morning, both sides are killing me and it doesn't matter what I do, I am not going back to sleep. I am hoping with time this product will further ease the pain in my hips and knees, especially when I am trying to go to sleep and in the middle of the night. I have only been taking these for a few days now and I notice a slight difference. I am still in pain, but it is not as intense.

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I must admit to being skeptical about the supplement at first since I really don't but into the natural food/vitamin craze. However, after only 3 doses, 6 pills, there has been a noticeable lessening of my knee and hip pain. Last night I slept through the night without waking up in pain and having to adjust too relieve the pain. This morning I drove for 45 minutes with very little pain in my left knee. I'm sold and will be getting this every month. I'll also be telling my MIL about it!

I was worried about using this product so I asked my physician and he told me that it is a supplement and cannot harm me. I have been using this product for 3 years now and my arthritis has subsided somewhat. I do believe this product has provided some benefit to my discomfort. Delivery of this product only takes two days and that is also a great benefit. So, I use my regular meds plus Dr. Emil Joint-x supplement and this combination is working for me.
