I bought this as a way for my baby to find his paci at night and put it back in his mouth. At 6 months, he is just now able to reliably do that but this style of paci is only for 0-6 months. The paci that comes with it gets stained very easily. My baby had a small amount of carrots still in his mouth and now the paci has a very orange tint. My toddler LOVES his lion. We named him "Alex" from Madagascar. Sadly, the velcro does not hold well and loses its grip after a month or so. I had to sew on stronger velcro strips to the paci straps. Otherwise, my kid is obsessed with Alex.

This Lion is so cute and my baby loves it. The reason for the 4 stars though is that my newborn hates the pacifier that comes with it as it is massive compared to other brand and awkward for his mouth. It's a little tricky to get the velcro holder through other brands of pacifiers but it is doable
