I’m the type of person when I find something I like, I’ll use the same thing till the end of time. Unless something goes awry. I had been using the degree extreme blast deodorant for the last 7-8 years. I would put it on and it would last the whole day. To me musk and musty are different. Musk to me is I can tell I’ve been sweating and working hard, but it’s not a terrible smell at all. Musty to me is I can tell I had put it on at one point, and now it’s an unpleasant odor. That is what degree became for me. So I was in search of a deodorant that would last me all day. I tried the Dr. Squatch, old spice, carpe, Gillette, every man jack, Harry’s, axe, mando and many more that I don’t have time to list. All of them, musty smell at the end of the day. I then decided to give dove a chance. I was skeptical because I remember it as always the brand women would use and in my mind thought it wouldnt work for me, but it definitely was the winner on my quest to find a good deodorant. I work 60% outside, 40% inside, but I stay sweating most of the day as I reside in the best country known to man, Texas. Get home and check them pits, not even much of a musk scent. Very subtle I would say, but still very pleasant. I highly recommend you give it a try if after reading all that, and realize we are very similar. While the scent is pleasant and more bold than the clean comfort, I found it too strong for my liking (I have a more sensitive sense of smell).
