One, the instructions and labeling of the parts was pretty clear, it was fairly easy to assemble. It is sturdy for the price. This replaced an older one which cost about the same but was less sturdy and Less well designed. One hint is not tighten down the screws. Until it is fully assembled because it does matter for right and left parts and this way, you can switch the left and right sides so that it all matches perfectly.

I needed extra storage for my clothes and this is working out just fine. When I hung my clothes on the shorter rack, I understood what the complaints were about regarding the lack of space in between both racks, but when I slightly turned the clothes on the top rack to the side (like in the stock photo) everything worked out. It may be sturdy enough to move around, but I don't really trust it because it wobbles when I try to roll it, so I've ended up picking it up as a precaution. All in all, I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. This garment rack is TRASH!! It’s cheaply made, the screws strip easily, it bows in the middle when you put clothes on it and the wheels don’t roll as they should, once garments are on it. The wheel locks scraped my floors while trying to push it and they made a deep long scratch in the wood. I bought two of them. So basically I paid $50 to damage my floors. I wish I could give this garment rack a -5. It’s on my tree lawn now for trash day tomorrow. This company should be paying ME just for the headache of dealing with this product.

For under $30, you get a solid product. The nuts and bolts are decent quality and you’re able to tighten them down without the head chewing up. The frame itself is good, and I like the way everything bolts together instead of just connecting like Legos. The instructions are, with a couple of minor exceptions, quite good. Written in plain English, and a good size font with helpful drawings. Too many of these lower price product assembly guides are on thin paper, in multiple languages, small font, and vague instructions. The packaging was very good, which each of the different pieces of puzzle clearly labeled. Instructions also told you how many of each you are supposed to have.

Works well, but designed for light to medium weight use. Easy to assemble. The double arms makes it fairly stable and tip resistant, though I wish there were flared end caps so hangers can’t slide off the end. Metal is fairly thin and can bend easily if you apply too much, and the included casters are complete junk. They do not roll well and it’s more of a dragging when you move the rack, risking scuffing up your floors. I drilled out the rivnuts and replaced with 5/16” casters. Now it rolls much more smoothly, but again, the metal is very thin so hopefully it doesn’t bend and get irreversibly damaged. There is also also a little bit of sag in the bars due to the weight of my jackets. Time will tell how long it will hold up for.

These are actually super impressive. For the price, I'm shocked at how sturdy they are. I sell bamboo clothing and I absolutely pack my racks as full as possible and they don't seem to show any sign of coming crashing down. I loved it so much, I bought a second one.
