Impressive sturdy packaging kept this heavy duty metal cabinet from touching any side of the shipping box, preventing damage. The website's info is incorrect at listing the weight at "46 pounds"- it's really about 25 pounds. Contents include four Philips head screws (#8 x 1-3/8"), four heavy duty plastic anchors labelled "1-5/8" x 5/8" Diameter". The cabinet back contains 4 openings for hanging. It includes 2 keys for the outside door & 2 different keys for the inside door. 8 metal shelf clips are included for hanging the 2 adjustable shelves. This cabinet perfectly fits all my various types of medications (including prescription eye drops containers, large fish oil bottles, etc.). I don't need to keep the outside door locked unless the Grand-Kids are visiting, so I attached a small Magnetic Push Pin (sometimes used for pinning notes to a refrigerator door) to the outside door to easily pull it open without having to use a key (the door lays flat against the frame when closed). Everything about this cabinet is first class, fits as it should, & is well-built, unlike the common flimsy "manufactured wood" cabinets. It's well-worth the price.
