I personally don't care about double eyelids and what not, but apparently my mom did when I was growing up. And this crazy lady insisted that I sleep with tape on my eyes to help create this silliness. What happened then was that my right eye has a double eyelid (well, like 85.5% of the time) but my left eye just refused to ever develop one. So fast forward 20 years and now I'm one of the lucky people that have one double eyelid and one that's not. It bothers me as an adult because I feel like I can't comfortably take a picture without trying to make my left eye look super surprised, like a pirate, in every picture to compensate. You know how everyone has a good or bad side? Well, I have to turn a certain way because a straight on photo of me makes me super conscious because I have one eye that looks bigger than the other. So I got these and was really surprised. It's only been a month-ish and I've noticed a small difference. I wear them when I come home from work all the way until the next morning. One thing that you have to be careful about is the stickiness of these bad boys. I couldn't imagine anything stickier than this. In fact, sometimes I have trouble taking it off, even with water. I must also say that when I do take them off in the mornings, the crease lasts for a few hours. Enough to make me think that by the time I finish using these, my left eye might behave and stay that way. Pro tip: only using these for one eye means the product lasts twice as long! Yay! Pro tip II: You're going to mess up applying these at some point. Just get a new one and start over. The first time I tried this I used (not exaggerating) maybe ten of them before I found the sweet spot. Don't be stingy with these. There's like a 500of these in each package and they're cheap if you need more.

Let me start by telling you I’m Native American and 46 years old. I’ve always had hooded eyelids and in the last 2 years the eyelid has slowly started to “cover” my eyes in the corner....and the majority of the eyelid rests on my eyelashes. I’m waiting to get the upper Blepharoplasty done, but in the meantime I wanted to do something to “hold up” my lids. This isn’t just a cosmetic thing, it’s really tiring and painful to have heavy eyelids. I’ve seen these tested on YouTube, so I thought I’d give it a shot (I got nothing to loose). I am so pleasantly SURPRISED!!! It took a couple tries to get the right placement, but after that, completely easy to use! I would recommend watching a YouTube tutorial on proper placement, but after that it’s really easy to find the right spot for your particular eyes. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to blink (LOL)...but there was no problem. I also find that hooded eyelids tend to become “oily” under the eye hood, so I like to put an eyeshadow primer on and then place the tape (for me, it just seems to be more secure on the lid). I tried putting eyeshadow on with theses in place and well it is certainly possible...I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, anyone worried you’ll be able to see the tape on the eyelids...you definitely will not. One, it’s hidden under your eyelid and two, it’s a clear piece of double sided tape and very thin. It’ll be your secret...LOL!! If you’re on the fence...JUST BUY THEM!!!

I was so hesitant to buy these based on previous reviews, but I am so glad I did! They are excellent. I'm in my 50s with very droopy eyelids. It makes me sad to look in the mirror. These work wonders at lifting my lids and opening up my eyes. They are completely invisible. I was super worried about applying them correctly based on some of the other reviews. It took me a few goes to determine the best positioning for my eyes, but once I figured it out, it's quite easy. I think one of the keys is to gently bend the plastic near the edge of the sticker is so that you can remove the adhesive strip without curling the ends. If you do it right, you should only have a hold of it with the tweezers at the very, very edge. When applying, aim for getting the middle of the strip to the middle of your placement on your eyelid and then press down the sides from there. (Don't start the adhesion at one end or the other as it's more likely to go wonky that way.) I align the top of the adhesive strip just under the natural upper curve of my eyeball as seen through my eyelid. Once it's on your eyelid, press it down for a few seconds to get it to adhere well. Once you've done this, it'll last all day. (Make sure you clean your eyelids well prior to application as you don't want any oil trapped underneath because it will weaken the adhesion.) Good luck. I hope it works as well for others as it does for me. Droopy eyelids suck!

Absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for to get double eyelids. Years of using various products, this is the best one I've used. This double sided tape is one of the best product that I've used. Both sides of the tape are sticky. The results look very natural. Tape will not be visible to people, even if they are close. That is some of the issues that I ran in with other products, is that the tape looks very obvious and people could see it. Personally I have inner double eye lids, so it is not a monolid, but instead my fold is hidden. I've always struggled with applying makeup, since all eyeliner I put on just hides into the fold, making it frustrating and a waste of make-up. I also love that they a easy removal system on top, so you can place the tape on your eyelid first, then remove the protection afterwards so that it doesn't stick together. I have not had an issue with this item falling off during an entire day. Very easy to remove and painless when removing it. Can't rave about this product enough!!!
