I had to spend $20 on 2 bolt bushing mounts and $30 on exhaust U bolt clamps to bolt it to the axle. It's crazy. There are holes in the frame just waiting for this to bolt in. This bar really does a lot to improve the stability of the car without having a negative impact on the smoothness of the ride. The one thing that could be improved is the end links - they are not very easy to tighten because of the way the mounting point on the frame is configured. An end link design that simplified installation would make this a better product. ... show more

Installed on a 2006 Grand Marquis that didn't have a stabilizer bar. Installation was very easy, all parts needed were included. Note: this bar is not heavy duty, it's probably only 5/8" diameter, but for under 50 bucks, it is a bargain.

    • One of the least expensive and most noticeable handling differences you can make to your car.
This product is well worth the money and significantly changed the handling characteristics of my 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis for the better. It is a joy to drive my car again. Body roll and understeer have been dramatically reduced.
