I am mostly pleased with the product. Its nicely made and feels durable. Unfortunately there was a little chip (not exactly imperceptible) in the marble top in the front corner. I called Dorel and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told that there are no replacement parts for this vanity. It is one unit. They only thing I could do is box it up and return it to the store. (You would not believe the size of the box and the packaging. It certainly falls into the "yeah, right, I'll box it up. Sure. No Problem. Ha!" category) I asked if they could cover the cost of a rock polishing cloth for my inconvenience and I that could possibly buff it out on my own (about $4). No luck. Anyway, I guess I would not recommend this product because of the "one piece, no replacement parts" policy on their vanities. The guy at their customer service was pleasant enough. Haven't installed this yet. But I had a lot of anxieties buying something like this online. If it was cracked or broken, I don't know how I could repackage and mail it back. And I am a super perfectionist, so one tiny scratch or blemish, I would return. And a previous commenter mentioned cockroaches came out of hers... 😱 I scheduled a day my dad could come and help me get it inside. That day came and I heard nothing. I called and found out it was lost in shipment. Prior notice would have been nice. Got a call a few days later and rescheduled arrival. I was nervous since it was a week my dad was out of town. BUT everything went so perfect. I don't have a porch (I'm in a condo with shared entry way and access to mailboxes) so maybe this was why? But without even asking, the workers brought it inside and even got it through the entryway corner. Hooray! The workers wore masks (covid) and were quick and nice. I could NEVER have done this myself, it is heavy. So this was a HUGE relief and I now love this company. I nervously opened the vanity to check it. The packaging is very well done and had everything SUPER protected. It took a long time opening it, but worth it since it was spotless. Not a single crack, scratch, or blemish. The vanity is beautiful! I love it and can't wait to use it! It is sturdy and the gray is pretty! It seems to be great quality. The drawers are smaller than I imagined in my head, because, you know, online shopping, but they fit perfectly and are spacious for it being 36 in. I put a few of my cosmetics in the drawers and they fit perfectly upright. The bottom drawer was a little shorter than I thought (but again, you only have 36 in and the height to work with) but it will still hold towels and stuff nicely. I LOVE this vanity and am SO glad I picked this one! And I am so glad I didn't have to try to get it home from a hardware store or pay extra for shipping. the first one came with counter top broken but received the replacement in one week. no hassle. I recommend opening the top only first to make sure your counter top is not damaged. Also, open as soon as you receive it. I waited until the contractor was here so now I have to install on my own.
