I have purchased hundreds of "readers" over the years and these top them all. Let me start by saying you sure get your money's worth. You receive 4 pairs of eyeglasses that have thinner, not overpowered or thick colored frames that take over the "look". A variety of neutral colors that will go with anything you are wearing. They are lightweight, going beyond comfortable. You hardly realize you have them on. I notice the difference in eyestrain and headaches reduced even after spending much time on the computer. My first purchase was quite some time ago and they are not loose, remain intact with no "buffs" or "scratches" noted on glass area. I have ordered another set just so I can have a pair readily available in every room/area in the house. Now, that said, this is only in reference to the eyeglasses. As to the DOOViC company itself; the product arrived promptly, carefully packed and shipped. There is no way these glasses were getting damage during shipping. They arrived in a heavy duty box suited to safely store any unused glasses you may have. Included in the package was an individual eye case and cleansing towel for each pair. Also included was an eyeglass chain to hold the glasses around your neck and a small screw driver to adjust hinges if needed which doubles as a key chain. I am shocked at the quality and more than reasonable prices of these glasses. Thank you, DOOViC for taking such care and pride in your product.

I’ve now bought two sets of these in different strengths. On set for before cataract surgery and the other after. They are good quality and hold up, stylish, comfortable and economical. They even come with a case, lens cloths, a repair screwdriver and a strap to hang them around your neck. Great glasses. Will buy again if I lose all of these ones.

I am in front of a phone, laptop, or Kindle almost all day long. I get headaches and my eyes get tired. I hoped these would help. They do. It's been about 3 weeks now and I've had fewer headaches, and my eyes are much better than before I got them. The only thing I think would make my eyes even happier, would be to change professions. Since that isn't happening ... These look good on, most of the colors are nice--only the blue ones are not really me--but my S.O. took those, so all is good. The vision is good, never fuzzy or warped enough to make me dizzy, which can be a problem for me with readers. My only beef, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that they get dirty faster than other readers I've ever had, and are hard to clean. I still haven't found the ticket for keeping the lenses clear and free from smudges and that fog, even after I've tried to clean them with wipes, spray, etc. The best I've found is to run them under warm water with a tiny drop of dish soap, but I can't get up to do that as often as I need, so I end up wearing dirty glasses longer than I've ever had to before. Other than that, I am glad to have them. I guess it's worth the trade for less eye strain.

These were great when I first ordered them. Upon my reorder (9th time) they were not as well constructed as the others were. The wight is a touch more heavy on my nose pulling down my eyes just ever so slightly. I keep them because I can't see well to do the computer as I used to and everyone walked off with all of the prior pairs I had. Oh don't loan these out as they will not come back to you LOL

Edited: Company offered to refund the most recent order and said they were working to improve the product. Added a star for the customer service. I have purchased this set three times. The first set I got in 2021 lasted a long time with regular use before they broke, but the sets I got in 2023 and 2024 have broken within a few months. The first set broke at the hinge but the later sets the plastic of the frames has cracked too. I will not buy them again.

Buying reading glasses online is slightly difficult because some glasses are wider than others and have a tendency to slip or even fall off, and because some manufactures seem to have slightly different standards when it comes to strength. Additionally quality is difficult to judge from a picture. While these glasses seem to run slightly loose, they'll fit a variety of head sizes. They do stay on, which is a problem that I've had with other companies. Not with these. They have a spring hinge which makes them stronger than those without. I only need glasses for reading when I'm at the computer. I have a tendency to put the glasses on top of my head when I don't need them, sort of like a headband, when I have to step away from the computer for a few minutes. With a spring hinge, they won't stretch out. The glasses came very well protected in a very solid box. Each of the four was individually packaged in it's own case, which is a plus, especially if you intend to keep them in different places. Included were multiply individually packaged eyeglass cleaning cloths (good quality, too), and a neck chain (fabric) for those who prefer to let their glasses hang onto their chests when not in use. ADDITIONALLY, the manufacturer also included a security whistle that attaches to a key chain, a nice added touch. Presentation means a lot, but so does quality. The presentation was great. As for quality, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.
