I have had a very difficult time getting the correct information to purchase the Dooney & Burke shoulder bag that I am looking for. The photos are limited, and the proportions of these bags are hard to picture just by measurements alone. I've had to resort to laying out a piece of paper and drawing them out which is impossible in 3-D. It would be helpful to have a photo of the BOTTOM of these totes because the bottom is rigid and far to large to hag over a shoulder comfortably. Also photos with a model holding the product like their competitors like COACH provides. The quality looks fine and authentic. Lastly, customer service and delivery has been terrible. I have ordered and returned two totes. The first was ordered long before Christmas and it's now into February. I had also order a wallet that had updates that it was delayed, but that delay was taking forever.... and it never shipped. I'm cancelling and returning everything. I won't be ordering from this Dooney & Burke Seller on Amazon. Which is a shame because this is a quality company and product. ... show more
