The battery doesn't last as long as it should being the size it is, but it's better than your average phone. One month into owning the phone I noticed the voice to text wasn't working, checked app permissions, and everything was good. Tried recording my voice using the recorder app and nothing. Restart the phone, the mic works but it may work for an hour or won't work at all until I restart the phone...Charging, the 65w charger had scuffs on it and appeared to have been used previously, out of nowhere the phone will not charge using the supplied cord & charger but will charge the phone using a different cable, it won't charge fast, charges slowly, and normal, if I keep the phone plugged into the supplied charger using the supplied cable it will show it's charging than disconnect, that comes and goes until one evening it would show connection to charger then show no connection every 2 seconds making the phone act crazy. Finally, the keyboard will appear/work when it wants to no matter which app I'm using, just like with the microphone. I'll have to restart the phone to get my keyboard back. Customer service is there but with them being on a different continent and English not being their first language, trying to get across what is happening with the phone turns into a nightmare. Naturally, all of this occurs outside of my 30-day return period. Amazon customer support allowed an exception for my situation allowing me to return the phone with a full refund. Can't say thank you to them enough for allowing that! Time to search for another phone, will it be Doogee brand again or some other tough phone brand.... hmmm ... show more

Not a hardcore techie Bonus tough does pretty much everything I wanted to had it for a number of months now it's still not broken not a scratch on the phone normal phones / me a few weeks I had an iPhone 8 plus that lasted me 3 days The only shortcoming I see is it doesn't have thermal imaging but the night vision works still trying to learn how to use it I am happy with it My next phone will have thermal imaging also battery capacity instead of charging the phone daily once maybe twice a week Like I said hard to please me but I am happy with the phone ... show more

    • Quick Start App may be HAZARDOUS to your health and well-being
Quick Start app pops up continuously, no matter what I am trying to accomplish. It even pops up when I am driving, using GPS, not touching the phone. It freezes the screen and the only way to release it is to reboot the device. It’s going to get people killed one day! The Quick Start app pops up when I try to answer the phone. It won’t let me answer! It often won’t allow me to dial out either. It freezes the screen and I have to reboot. Not that it makes too much difference , it comes right back, freezing my screen the next time I touch my screen. The app cannot be uninstalled as it was a factory installed permanent app, nor can it be forcibly stopped. This renders my phone useless! ... show more

Out of the box, the phone came with a charger and some screen protectors.When looking at the actual phone functionality, the camera stands out with various mode options. The phone is also water proof so it makes traveling with more secure. Initial setup is quick and easy where I was able to transfer data from my older phone. I am in day 5 using this new phone. The setup was actually easy. It guides you step by step how to transfer the info from your old phone to the new one. It does take a while. You have to be patient. I am enjoying the large screen. The storage is fantastic! 256Gb on board plus you can add a SD card if you want more storage. It's up to 4G only. Android 12 as listed. The sound is fantastic. Still enjoying it and need to test out others areas. I am so far satisfied and pretty happy with it. The phone is heavy. Partly due to the 12000amp battery 🔋 on board!! Lol... it's a rugged phone. It's armoured and I love the protective case which came on board. The backside looks like Batman's face!! Or is it me? 😁 ... show more

Screen is good. Battery is great at first. A year later it's a normal battery life. Huge phone so good luck on finding a case or window mount cause it's so heavy. Many apps an email are scetchy. An the speaker phone is a joke. Even cranked it still has to be semi quiet around to hear it. As soon as I get a chance I am going back to sonim. ... show more
