Definitely not a rower, I don't feel it's an upper body workout, but for sure it will torch your quads as an assisted squat machine.

Outstanding product! Highly effective for quads and glutes AND IT IS SO EASY. You will actually WANT to use this! (I'm a 56 year old woman.) Far, far more effective and enjoyable than doing squats on your own. Affordable, effective, and fun!

It was delivered promptly, and I got 20% off on Prime day. It's fairly easy to assemble. It looks solid, should support my 6 ft, 230 lb body. My only complaint is the seat is tiny for a man and not well padded. I'll be looking for a better replacement seat.

Very easy to assemble, did it by myself. Nice difference between each resistance band. Good workout. Definitely feel the burn in glutes, thighs, abs and arms

What a breeze to put together! Just need to make sure the adjustments are set for your height! At first I had them set for a very very tall person and I thought, this is too hard…. Then with a few adjustments, it was perfect!! So small it doesn’t take up much space!

You know how people say something is good but you have to try for yourself this is one of those things by this I can't tell you how many inches I lost because I didn't measure myself before I started but I've been using this machine for about a week and my pants are loose by this it was so easy to put together I did it myself anybody can do it

9-3-23 UPDATE: The customer service and communication has been outstanding. As promised, a new package was sent and delivered yesterday and it contained everything needed including all the bolts for both of the bars. However, I did experience one issue with the assembly. There is a black plastic piece that came already inserted into the top of the frame post. The handlebar post is supposed to slide into that plastic piece which makes adjusting the height of the handlebars smooth and secure. Because that black piece on the new machine was very warped and very misshaped, when I inserted the handlebar rod into it, the black piece got shoved way down into the frame where I couldn't get it out. See attached photo. I ended up combining the old machine frame with some of the new machine's parts to fully assemble one usable machine. I did give it a try and I like it! Was it worth the frustration and effort? I think only time will tell. For the customer service alone, 10 stars. For the assembly of the machine, about 3 stars. Overall, 3.5 to 4 stars. ________________________________________________ I was very much looking forward to trying out my new - DONOW Squat Machine Trainer Row Rider Squat Assist Trainer Full Body Workout Easy Setup & Foldable - because I've wanted one for some time now. For me, this was not an easy set up because I spent more time looking for bolts that I did not receive. I triple checked all the packaging materials. I more than once counted out all the supplied hardware (which was very little) and I scoured through the bag with the tools. I read over the directions multiple times where it states that the two #9 bars come with the necessary bolts pre-installed. Well, only one of my #9 bars had those bolts attached to it. See photos. Frustration and aggravation aside, I did email the company with a request to send to me the bolts that I need. I received a very prompt response. The seller has submitted an order for a new package to be sent to me. Once I receive it and am able to assemble and use my machine, I will update this review and rating.
