Even though it's worth it, I marked it down 1 star for value because it's a bit pricey, and was a splurge item for me. I paired with Homespice braided rugs available on Amazon for those interested. And one additional note: the bed pictured is a Queen, and the bedspread is a King for longer draping.

We ordered this bedspread for our new adjustable twin beds which function as one king. The colors and design fit perfectly in our rustic Maine bedroom. The size and quality definitely meet our expectations. We had no issues with the smell as mentioned in other reviews. Using the pillow shams as covers for our adjoining night tables are a tasteful alternative. This bedspread is not as warm as the one we previously had, but we can adjust with other blankets in colder weather. This is a good looking quilt for my rustic theme, but definitely not meant for warmth. You will need to layer with blankets for the winter.
