Revised Review- The company has worked extra hard to make sure I was satisfied & I am, the product works great and the companies customer service is beyond 5 stars! Original Review Received today, couldn’t wait to try the full set! However when I got to step 3 /Firming Essence EX to my surprise it was empty. I tried to pump the bottle for 5 min but nothing.. Up to that point everything smelled nice & felt wonderful. I will be contacting their support and then re-reviewing.

I bought this for my mom , she’s been wanting a Korean face kit . I thought she’ll get variety of bottles and treatments . In This box it has the tall and small bottle with same description . I wished they would have a direction on what to put first. FYI this doesn’t have the face wash or toner more on moisturizer and eye cream . So far she has no complain . I had ordered the face foam wash and serum separately.

My wife used the moisturize and firming essence only three times before it ran out. Bad thing about it the instructions said only use a small dap which she did and on the forth try the bottle was empty. Don’t know if this was a return after someone used the majority of the products then was repackaged and resold. UPDATE: My wife was sent a replacement she was totally satisfied. Great customer service will definitely buy again.

It does not come with directions. I loved the idea of this line. All of the labels are incredibly similar and the English that states what the product is, is the same for most of the bottles. So one has no indicator as to what each different bottle is, and how to use it. I’ve googled and tried YouTube, with no success. So for about 2 weeks I’ve been trying to guess by trial and error what each bottle is/ does.

Wow! I can’t believe I had so many wrinkles. Mainly fine lines, but this product took them away or almost all away. I guarantee it’s worth the money! The whole line of their products are worth it!!!! FYI when you start any new face regimen, you’ll go through a 4-6 week “purge” which means you’ll break out, but it’s worth it. So stick to it!!!!

I wanted to try this set before I buy the big ones. However the essence bottle was having just one pump of cream inside. Next day when I wanted to do the routine, there was literally nothing left. It seems ok but I cannot judge the results as in the second day the product has finished. There a hould be enough product in the bottles to decide if it is a good choice. Does not worth!
