I bought these plastic gems on Amazon for about $7 for 150 pieces, and they were absolutely perfect for what I needed. The gems came in assorted colors, each about the size of a nickel, and were exactly as described in the listing. fake ice crystals worked perfect for my bowl decoration for my house. I bought small mini clear fish bowls to add plants but for the bottom I added these crystals to match my decor. Nice full bag, good value for the money. I don't feel that they smell at at. Good quality and coloring. I am sure these would also look great in a fish tank I just don't have any fish. ;)
