Can i use these to replace string on a balloon? Maybe depending on how long you want them and how big the balloon is. On a regular balloon it may weigh it down. Mine came very flat. How do I fluff it up? Yes, I call it a leaf vine so I decided to braid it and decorated my indoor garden ladder weaving it in and out and it came out great. I have a lot left over and may braid more into my garland on the fireplace mantle.
