Dole Is The Best!! Love The Smaller Cans......... See Photo~

I'm not rating these down for price but man, these are way overpriced right now... Locally we can usually find 20 oz cans (more than double the size of these 8 oz cans) of Dole Pineapple on sale for close to a buck a can. After Subscribe and Save savings, at $6 for the 12, I thought was reasonable... At more than double that after our first subscription, we'll likely cancel if it doesn't drop again. In any case, the product is fantastic! I'm a huge fan of Dole because their pineapple is in 100% juice (not syrup) so you get a refreshing drink with your fruit and it's ripe and natural. Cans are BPA free. Love these 1/2 cup servings because they keep me from devouring pineapple until my mouth is raw, lol. Also love that they don't require pulling out a can opener to enjoy them. The 12 are delivered on a cardboard tray that is easy for stacking in the pantry if you don't have a preferred system for your canned goods. Unfortunately, every Dole Pineapple subscription we've had has only lasted a month before either it goes unavailable or overpriced. Hopefully this one will not be the same! (I'm sure our mailman will appreciate it since these are much lighter than our once 6 qty of 107 oz cans, lol) I'm uploading a pic that I only took after already consuming a can, lol. Yum yum!! Flavor Name: Pineapple Chunks
Almost taste fresh. Excellent quality. Great portion size. And the juice is Fabuloso. As expected with Dole pineapple products. Love these sizes cuz I'm single person I just need enough for a little bit at a time. And I like the pop top rather than having to use a can opener. Especially if we're on the go or taking one of these to work it's great for lunch but good for late night snacks too.

Hard to Find Size!
Flavor Name: Crushed Pineapple
For whatever reason, grocery stores are not carrying this size anymore! What's up with that? So, I buy it here. This is the size used for carrot and hummingbird cakes, and I use them all the time. Glad to find it here at a good price.

Best pineapple from a can.
Flavor Name: Pineapple Slices
The supplier varies between Thailand and the Philippines. The ones with the blue pull tabs (Philippines) are my favorite, a very acidic and sweet fruit. It's also what I can find here in the Midwest at my local grocery store. The ones with the silver pull tab have a little different flavor to them that I'm not as big of a fan of. I'd perhaps say it has a more tart mellow flavor. It's still a high quality Dole quality fruit. Nice to get a carton to just stuff in the pantry and not have to back up the line at the grocery store. I wouldn't recommend subscribe and save. The price seems to vary wildly at times between $10 and $25 it's hard to keep tabs on for monthly deliveries. I prefer to use Camel Camel and order in bulk. I feel sorry for the mail person lugging these to the door as they are quite awkward and heavy especially in larger quantities but it's easier and cheaper than me hauling it at the grocery store.
