This is a very nice shirt. I am a size large in shirts and usually wear a 12 in dresses. I weigh 160-165. I ordered a medium after reading reviews . The buttons do not pull around breast area. I’m a 38D. It fits perfectly on me. I love it. It’s a keeper for me.
