I’m 5’6” 170 lbs (apple shape) and got a large. It fits well, I could have sized down too as the sleeves are flowy and the smocked chest has lots of stretch. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the color is deceiving. I ordered the black, and it definitely has a LOT of green on it as well and I was not expecting that. Still cute, but definitely will work best for spring, I cannot see myself wearing this color in the summer/fall.

I was so excited to get this dress. The colors are gorgeous. The only reason for giving the dress 3 star is because of the fit. It gaped really bad were the sleeves connected to the dress. It was very noticeable so I returned.

This dress is darling with a flaw! I ordered this for my granddaughter. She's 17 and the style and length is perfect. However, the elastic around the waist is weird. It moves up and down and when it does it makes the ruffle around the middle stick straight up and that is not pretty. I hate it because we love the dress other than the flaw!
