The dress is pretty and well made. The fabric is light and breathable, not see-through. The style is very cute. However, it was not flattering to my particular body shape. I am 4’11”, 36C, and weigh 150 lbs. I ordered a size Medium in Black. It made me look wide and there is a seam just above the waist line, which on me, sat right across my chest. If you have a larger chest and are on the “thick” side, this dress is not it. I really wanted to keep it, but sadly returned it. Feel free to look at the other reviews with pictures and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. Not exactly sure why that seam didn’t bother anyone else who kept it. This dress only works for those that are thin or have small frames.

I am a true size Large (5'7, 165 lbs, 38C bust). The Large size of this dress was way, way too big on my. The shoulders fell down and the flowiness in the stomach area made it look like I was wearing a marshmallow costume. Most definitely size down of you are a true M, L or XL.
