I don’t usually do reviews before I wash an item or wear it for a bit because often not a true representation. But I am reviewing this Shacket or jacket or whatever the heavy shirt jackets are called, because it is pretty awesome. It’s heavier than a shirt but not too heavy. It’s well constructed. The patterns lineup when you button it. The colors are true to pic & I am excited to wear it when I go leaf peeping & frolicking this fall! Imma be so cute! Lol! The only complaint I do have are the buttons, which I am going to change out. They are a little too shiny, a silver plasticky and clacky. They are really snapped on well, which is good, but I can’t just loosen a thread and change them out so I am going to pay a little bit to have a pro do it. If after a wearing or two it shrinks, fades or falls apart, I will update my review, but right now is a thumbs up & I’m excited.

I’ll be generous and give this a 4 star bc my complaint is very little. I was excited to order the purple bc it looked like a plum color. Well when I got it it was more of Barney purple so that didn’t thrill me (it was still a cute color just not for me). And with the size I went with a large due to reviews and what Amazon suggested… it was too big for me. Over sized yes but a bit too much for me. Quality was great it seemed and light weight for the material.

it’s really cute and the material is thick. however the material on the inside feels cheap, which is expected. my complaint is that the color in the photo looked a lot better than the color i received. i purchased the gray color and in person it just doesn’t look like the photos.

I am 5'3 and weigh 95#. I chose the small and it fit very nice, not too boxy like some shirts. The material is not too heavy but just right for layering. Many corduroy shirts I have purchased are very broad (boxy) in the body but have inordinately short sleeves. These sleeves are a true decent shirt length. The wash instructs say to hand wash. I will use my "hand wash cycle " on my washer. Love the color block style! If this one washes up nicely I will buy more colors.

The sleeves are a tad short and I ordered a size Large- i have longer arms (that is why i sized up) but it is still a little short in length! I got the 2 blue in medium (5’10”, 155 lb.). It fits true to size not oversized. This is my favorite shacket color combination but I think I have to return cause of the buttons. I could get over the look of the shiny silver, cheap buttons but it’s the sound they make when you move! They all clink against themselves and I think it would drive me and others nuts. Sad to return 😞

Arrived not too wrinkled, due to good packaging. Unbuttoned, turned inside out (for any corduroy), laundered in cold water on extra gentle cycle, small load, hung dried. Laundered well. Right side out, I gently pull seams to straighten before hang drying. Few wrinkles remaining can be ironed inside out on synthetic setting or use an ironing cloth between iron and shirt if you're worried. May use clean water spray bottle gently before iron. Fabulous color with jeans and white tee.
