The reason I sent the dress back was it did not fit me right, so it got four stars, not five. If I wasn't so 'pleasantly plump' I could have ordered a size 8 or 10 and it would have been fine. I ordered the XXL. I am 5'2", 160 lbs, big bust, waist and hips. This was definitely a baby doll style dress and on me, unfortunately, it looked like a cross between an oversized nightgown and circus tent. Thing is, if I altered it to be slimmer on the sides and waist (I had at least an extra 24" in the waist) then I may not have been able to get it on, since there are no zippers, etc. It just pulls over your head. The burgundy fabric was a nice color, the long sleeves had nice flared, elastic wrist cuffs, the length was absolutely perfect (right above my knees) for wearing with boots. The dress bodice and skirt are lined, the sleeves are not. It did have a funky new clothing smell, but if I kept it I would have rinsed it in cold water and ironed it. Size: Small Color: Black
IT STAINED MY SINK! After 20 rinses, it's still making the water black. I started washing it after it smelled strongly of chemicals. I don't feel safe wearing this against my skin. I should have used gloves washing it. I highly doubt it's 100% cotton.

Okay ladies, just say yes to this dress. It is beautiful with all the eyelet detail, plus it is very flattering to your body the way the top bodice of the dress hugs your body and then flares out at the right point. I am 5’4” and 221 lbs. my bra size is 40C. So if you are larger than that in the chest it may be tight on you. It’s not tight on me. ... show more
