I like the quality of material on this dress. The ruffles on the sleeves are nice. But the dress is shapeless. You definitely need to add a belt for this to be at all flattering. I recommend a wide belt to make this work. I tried using a typical belt but I didn't like how it looked where it laid. It was pretty comfortable, but I couldn't get past the fit.

This dress is super cute and great material. It’s high-quality. However, if you’re busty, the top is elastic, but still very tight even when I sized up. As well if you have broad shoulders, like my cousin does, it also makes the top snug. The bottom is flowing and super cute. Just wish the top was a little bit more proportional.

I bought this in Green size small on 4/25/25 and it did not come with a lining or with the rubberized shoulders that other reviewers were noting. Maybe that is why the price was so affordable ($15). I’m still giving it 5 stars because of the Kelly green color, design, and price. It definitely feels like polyester on the skin but the style is so cute that I’m willing to tolerate that it’s synthetic. Do not size down. It’s not as “flowy” as I wanted it to be even tho if I’m an XS in dresses (the size small fits like an XS). Modest neckline but definitely not made for bigger chested ladies. I would say size up if you’re in between. For reference, I’m 5’1 and 115lbs and size small fit perfect.
