Great looking shoes with a comfortable and lightweight feel. I work in restaurants and am on my feet all day. I bought these because of the slip-resistance and appearance. These shoes have about a 3 month lifespan if worn 2-3 days a week. The “leather” started peeling at the seam on the arch side of the outer on both shoes only after a month of use. Then the tongue started separating on the right shoe a couple weeks later. I glued back in place and hen the rest of the sole started separating around the repair. After entering the third month of use, I now have a split in the heel that has separated the rubber outsole; A tear in the heel. I’m not the smallest person (6’2, 220lb), but that’s a little ridiculous. I opted for Dockers instead of other brands because of the quality I have received from their clothing. If you are buying these for more than occasional use, don’t. Shoes for Crews are more expensive, but my last pair endured 7 years of abuse. I’m only giving 2 stars because of the initial comfort and the fact that the insole has held up nicely. Sketchers had a nice outsole and outer, but the insole started falling apart after a few months.

I am a manager for a restaurant and have purchased these shoes twice. The first time I bought them they only lasted 2 months before the sole came loose. Bummer cause the tread had not worn down yet so I figured they were good shoes just unlucky with the first pair but now 2 months into the second pair and the same thing is happening. I will not buy these again.

DO NOT BUY! These started to fall apart at 2 months and the pictures are at 4 months. These are low quality and have not been made to be worn by somebody who stands for a 12 hour shift and is still involved in operations.

For three months, I used these 3 days a week for about 8 hours a day in a restaurant kitchen. Today, when I took them off, the sole had split and pulled off of the upper. Very disappointed considering the cost and the name brand. You're better off going with Shoes for Crews.

Maybe I'm spoiled by Shoes for Crews, but I thought the Dockers brand would be worth at least some level of quality. I used this in a moderate demand restaurant environment, and they didn't even last two months before the vinyl was pealing off like a bad paint job. I've used cheap vinyl shoes before, but these had the shortest shelf-life of any I've purchased. I will never buy another Docker's shoe product again. They were comfortable, but they look so unprofessional now, it doesn't matter, can't wear them. They have had very limited exposure to water or oils, can't imagine they'd last a week in an oily environment.

I averaged almost 30,000 steps a day at work according to my fitness device. I've had four types of server shoes so far. These are by far the most professional looking. They are average for antislip shoes in the wet slippery tile floor rating. It took them nine months to fail, the heel came apart. This was with many high paced fast moving and cornering days while carrying loads. I'm impressed with the comfort, antislip and durability of a server shoe that I purchased primarily for looks. I've had three pair now.

Purchased on August 4th and have worn these shoes maybe 10 times and today in noticed them cracking bad. Other than that the shoes are comfortable.

Really liked these shoes when I first got them, but after 2 months, the sole started separating from the right shoe. I managed to get it glued back on, but then the same thing started happening with the left shoe shortly after. I was going to fix it too, but then I wondered why the heck I was fixing shoes I had only had 2 months. It's my third pair of Dockers and never had an issue until now. Never getting another pair of Dockers again.
