This is awesome! Towels have to stay in for the fill 20 to be warm all over. If less than 20, then there will only be warm spots. We haven’t used the hooks which would probably solve this problem. Sometimes we put our robes in here under the towels too so they’re warm. Sometimes we put the kids pjs in here before bedtime, too!

A good friend of mine put me on to this towel warmer, I didn't even know it was a thing! I am in love with this. I put my towels and my fuzzy socks in before my shower and come out and they're nice and toasty for me. Thats everything after a long hard day at work. It has hooks for smaller items. I love the design of it, not too big so it doesn't look tacky no matter where I put it. It fits beautifully in the corner of my bathroom. I love that it has a automatic timer on it which is awesome. Love the scent feature also that's a huge plus. I have already told a few of my friends about it that were in the dark like me, so I am sure that they are checking it out right now also. Absolutely worth every penny.

i had a different towel warmer from amazon and i thought it worked really good, till i got this one! this warmer gets towels warm so fast and it’s so big, it says it fits two towels but if definitely has room left even with two. It even has a spot to put aromatherapy discs in. This is definitely a great buy and is way better than other warmers i’ve had.

It fits my towel, hair towel, and my bath robe in it. But the more you stuff into it the less hot it will be. Do wish I could be hotter.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my wife's birthday, knowing she would love it! unfortunately, the heater didn't work. I spent a lot of time trying to figure that out, read the instructions Manual, checked online, and still couldn't get it to work properly. then, I contacted the seller and got no response. which was even more disappointing! I am not located in the US so sending it back will be costly and not worth it. bottom line - go for something else, that will work. happy holidays. P.S. - I always update my reviews, so if there is any change, you will see it.

I always wanted a towel warmer but I consider it a luxury so waited on the splurge. Well, it's a dissapointment. The towels need to be in the bucket the entire 20 minutes, if not more, to thoroughly be warmed. The first thing I do in the morning is take a 10 minute shower, I don't have 10 minutes to wait around before getting in the shower to assure the towels are warmed. The warmer needs a programable timer so you can have the towels warming when you wake... like coffee pots.
