  • Looks good - will update after riding
Size: 190mm
Purchased this shock to replace a 20 year old Fox Float RPL. At first glance this is a great replacement/upgrade. Will update once I get a chance to ride it. Update: First riding impressions are great. Very smooth action. I used the suggested settings for upper and lower pressure. Damping works well and can be dialed in easily. I was never a fan of the 'pro-pedal' semi-lockout mode of the Fox shock. This DNM shock has a better 'middle-lockout' mode. Note that the mount hole sizes in this shock were 14mm, whereas the original shock had 15mm holes. The bushings in this shock are 14x12 and in my Fox shock they were 15x1/2". I was able to use a small lathe to modify a combination of the the existing spacers and included spacers to make it work, but tbh I was expecting drop-in replacement compatibility. Maybe shock standards have changes over the years. My Fox Float RPL was a 2006 model. ... show more

  • Quality shock great adjustability
Size: 190mm
Upgraded a Philodo Falcon AO-6 with this rear shock. Didn't really think it would make that big of a difference but it did. The rebound adjustment and overall damping is much better. Well worth the money especially if you are on bumpier terrain. The ride is much cushier and less bouncy. Direct bolt on just swapped over the factory spacers. Quality is great and has performed very well so far. Make sure you get an air shock pump and adjust it according to your weight. ... show more

  • Great shock after leaking valve fix
Size: 165mm
Great shock. Second one I own. One on a Mountainbike. This one for a Tuttio Adria with minor modification to battery case. However, this one had a leaking shrader valve on the main air chamber. Not a slow leak, just air rushing out after pumping it up. Ordered a $6 kit to replace the valve. If I was not handy or familiar with tools, this would have been sent back. ... show more

  • Great Air Shock!
Size: 165mm
This is a quality Air Shock. Put it on my E-Bike. Holding air nicely so far. I like the adjustments on it. It is doing a nice job making my ride a little more pleasant. I replaced an air shock that had to refill about every 3-4 days.

  • Smoothed out the bumps on my regular rides, much more enjoyable to ride the bike now
Size: 165mm
Man, the first thing I noticed with this shock was the machine work. It looks like somebody with way too much patience and a steady hand sat there and carved it out of pure stubbornness. Everything feels tight, no sloppy bits, no cheap shortcuts. You hold it in your hands and you just kinda go, “alright, this thing means business.” It’s got that solid feel where you know it’s not going to rattle apart on your first ride. Honestly feels like it belongs on a much more expensive setup than what I paid Adjustability is where this thing really shines. A couple twists here, a little air pump session there, and it’s dialed in. I was able to fine tune it to the point where the bike finally stopped feeling like a pogo stick. You can actually feel the difference when you play with the settings, which is nice because some shocks just kinda pretend they adjust but ride the same no matter what you do. This one reacts the way you want it to, and that alone made me grin like a kid again I took it straight into the black diamond trails just to see what it would do, and wow, the ride felt completely different. Way smoother on the sketchy root sections and way more controlled on the drops. Instead of bracing for impact and holding on for dear life, I was actually able to focus on the line I was taking. It made the whole ride way more fun, like the bike was working with me instead of against me. Kinda like suddenly getting an upgrade to your legs, except without all the gym time The build quality, though, that’s what keeps blowing me away. Every part of it feels like it was made to last, nothing cheap or plasticky to complain about. The finish is clean, the moving parts feel buttery, and you can just tell it was made with care. I’ve handled a lot of parts that claim to be “premium” and then disappoint in the details. This one actually deserves the word. For what it costs, it’s almost laughable how much quality you’re getting Value wise, it’s a no brainer. You could easily spend double or triple the money chasing something fancier, but I honestly don’t see the need. This thing does exactly what you want and then some. It’s simple to set up, fun to tweak, and it makes a massive difference on the trail. I was expecting a nice little upgrade, but it ended up feeling like I got a brand new bike out of the deal. Hard to beat that for the price ... show more
