Loved the product. I was looking for a frame that wasnt plastic or silicone to cover the old toyota frame. I saw this in black and other color like a pink kinda color but this looked the best to me. It's chrome.AND it's a metal frame. (Obviously i didnt read the whole description of the item but anwyays)I was expecting cheap looking frame but when I got it , it was solid n it was so shiny. The teeth do cover the name of the stare somewhat. Also if the state you live in has those stamps on the license plate, it will cover them;so you're in for trouble if u cover them I think. On my state they're (stickers) not given anymore so I'm ok with the frame covering some parts of the original licence plate. Anyways, it's a good buy, theres no rattling, just screw it on with the screws provided and you are ready to go. Takes like 2 mins. Literally ... show more

There are so many chrome plated plastic frames for the same price, it was extremely nice to find a proper metal one. I wanted something subtle, but with a bit more character and this frame was perfect for my needs. My car is also black, but as this has more of a matte finish, it still stands out. On top of that, the teeth are distinct, but not so large as to hide any necessary details and the installation took maybe two minutes. This is a well made license plate holder, but my plate was too large and you could see the white and it just didn't look good. It also covered some of the letters/numbers which could get someone pulled over. Had to return.

This is a nice and heavy duty plate frame. I got mine in silver, as my car is grey, and it looks awesome. Be warned, the teeth are sharp. There are only screw holes in the top. I am thrilled with purchase, and now my car has teeth.
