These are narrower vortex generators than some others. The double sided adhesive is separate from the unit itself. I cleaned my bumper cover with some rubbing alcohol before installation, and these have held on very well. I haven't had a chance to do any actual wool tuft testing, but I'm just hoping to get a little drag reduction over my 1 ton front wheels. I'm happy that the adhesive pads seem to be very good.
