DJI drones are 'Bound' to their owners. If purchasing a used drone it is critical for the unit to be unbound before another user can access it. In my case the drone was still bound and unusable. Contacting DJI all they could do is send the previous owner an email asking them to 'Unbind' the drone. The supplier should never be selling this item without confirmation of unbinding from the previous owner. Looking at the internet this is a very common problem with used drones. ... show more
